You and your dependants will each have your own online profile to access your personalised app. Access your electronic membership card, chat with us online and submit documents or claims.
Based on your current location you can also find the nearest hospital emergency rooms or search for the hospital emergency rooms in a specific area and navigate your way to the emergency room. You can also request your international embassy letter instantly, register on the Profmed Baby programme as well as register your newborn baby with a touch of a button.
As the principal member, you will also be able to update your information, view documents such as your latest statement and tax certificate, and also view messages sent to you. The Benefits and Claims tab allows you to view available benefit limits and have easy access to claims submitted.
I find it very problematic that you can’t submit a claim on the app, with an iPhone, when that is the whole point of the app! I see another user complained of this over a year ago and nothing has been done about it. Please fix this!

Screen1: had to fill in member no and ID numbers again: I get message that no profile exists for this user and that I must register!
So I sighed and attempted the registration process.
Screen 2: had to enter my username and password. I then got an error message that there already exists such a profile!!
The app in its present form is not useable to me.
Hopeful but useless
I get a notification “star” but bugger me if I can find the communication that is so important to read.
Logins/passwords don’t work.
This is an absolute load of rubbish.

When try register it tell me my details are already registered .
Call centre defuse to let me talk to IT department.
