App defaults to front camera which is useless trying to headset

My son was very excited to try this out. Unfortunately it simply will not send the verification email. Support is non existent. If you bought this toy I recommend just taking it back to the store. Ripoff junk.

Headset is serviceable but nothing special. All the apps that this company makes appear to be abandoned. No confirmation emails, no response whatsoever on any of their companion apps. Stay away from Abacus products.

I have tried to download the app on an Android and Apple device…the app simply will not load. No registration email is sent, which is part of the process to download the app. Without the app, there is no VR experience. Highly disappointed. Will return.

I purchased this for my 7 year-old & we didn’t have any issues downloading or viewing the content on the various volcano’s. Video quality is great as well.

Won’t download I gave up after ten tries I got a little farther each time but after an entire day of trying I took stock in my time and realize I was wasting it. There’s a reason it has 2.3 stars…. Because it should have less

4 different emails & Hours later and there is still no confirmation email being sent to us to activate the game itself. So basically it’s been a useless Christmas present so far while I watch my nephews excitement for this wane increasingly.

It was pretty easy and straightforward to set up. Took me a while to realize that my phone needs to stay ON the headset for it to work. Cool experience. My son loves it. It ha Spanish English and French . A few experiences to play with or listen to with the dinosaur one. Cool way to start with VR for a 7yr old.

Pathetic app, no matter how many times I tried the VR does not go beyond blue circle start, forget about T. rex race and all, highly disappointed.

Completely useless. Don’t bother.
