It’s impossible to cancel the subscription through the app or the App Store. The app was downloaded from the App Store, but it doesn’t appear in “subscriptions.” To cancel, you have to go to the website and figure everything out there. Convenience: zero. Also, believe me, you’ll want to cancel the subscription because its price does not match the quality. There are other great and more affordable options for learning a language.
