This is just AWESOME! Easy to navigate, customer friendly, the design is just wow, and it has tons of info! I so love it!!!!!

This new version is such an improvement over the previous version. The test taking experience is much quicker and simpler. The UI definitely feels more modern and things are much quicker to find. I love the new look calendar and test history where I can find all images of my tests.

With the new app, it processes my Proov tests right away which saves time in the morning. I love that I can view photos of my previous tests in the app and that the new graphs make it much easier to view the exact data values over time. Overall the app feels much more stable and modern. I love it.

This was not an update, it was a complete 180 change of the UX without warning. Every step of the way changed. Do ya’ll not know the basics of UX change impact? The previous version was way better. REALLY BAD BUG: If for some reason you don’t take your first morning pee within a certain timeframe, the app tells you don’t need to take a test that day. This confused me and I ended up missing a valid test day b/c of it. It did this on multiple test days after but i realized to just ignore it. You have to click into “start timer” in order to skip it…Both options should be presented on the same screen like before. Also confusing. The UI is not intuitive at all. It used to give you some insight into what your levels meant. Now it gives no insights beyond the level values which you have to click around to find and the chart ….until the end of cycle report i guess. If I do another testing cycle i will not be using proov.

I see leadership doesn’t hire professional to design the app, they don’t care what is user experience and they come with their own idea. No chance to edit, no explanation what results mean, after each update it gets worse and completely different. Who change the entire app after each update and remove user history!? Really really bad job. Each photo the same location give big gap difference. Product super expensive when I compare this app and product with PreMom app and product, I give this app zero. Unfortunately PreMom doesn’t have PDG test if they had I didn’t waste a dollar for Proov tests.

I really enjoyed the app a few months ago. I’ve been constantly trying and purchasing items to better help me to understand my cycle, but I hate this new update so much. It’s confusing, it looks over crowded and makes the already stressful process even more difficult.

The newest version is definitely a step in the right direction!

I’ve been using Proov on and off for a few years. A few times I’ve used it at the same time when doing a timed cycle with a fertility clinic. According to Proov tests, my hormones were a mess—low estrogen and progesterone. Thankfully, my blood labs showed my hormones were right in range where they should be. Whether Proov picked up ovulation was hit or miss. Blood labs confirmed it. I decided to skip a timed cycle with clinic this month and give Proov another chance. In the middle of my cycle, the app update prompted and now the new version of app isn’t working. So I can’t complete testing for this cycle. Never buying these tests again. Not reliable or accurate. Clear Blue monitor was very accurate detecting ovulation. If you want to know about hormonal health, ask a doctor to test for you at certain times of the month. In my case, Proov caused unnecessary worry and confusion.

I love proov products and have used their complete kit more times than I can remember. The information learned from proov’s reports and my hormonal fluctuations was so helpful in the long process of understanding my body and symptoms. Thank you Proov team!

The app constantly gives an error message saying it’s not able to capture the photo even though I would place the test strip in pure daylight, next to my window, with bright lights and multiple shots. It’s frustrating! Please fix your app! Sadly, I will have to look for another test application if this keeps happening.
