I cannot understand how to set up zones…. Also, why is some of the text in Chinese? Guides all concentrate on how to use the machine rather than the app. Not good enough.

Despite many many attempts I cannot pair the robot with the phone via this app. The old app worked eventually but this one is a dud so we’re not able to schedule cleaning. Very disappointed.

Terrible App , actually awful app, got chance to communicate with their engineers apparently you need a 3G or below to connect app! Who uses 3G in a world 🌎 where 5G and fibre optic is what ppl are using . Overall Product is amazing but App is awful . The Homo-Erectus would have done a better job with the apps than this

Terrible Powderly managed, ever buy these robots as these are worst in market, made by these ProscenicHome like companies to loot customers. Customer service is absolutely useless. Device keeps dropping connection with app even if it is on full charge. No service Center in UK, phone lines never work. These Chinese companies are frauds, never buy them, better buy us or European brands.

The app is practically useless given how bad the interface is relative to competitors. The map tools are very frustrating to use. You’re better off with a competitor product like Yeedi Proscenic fix this app before you lose customers!!!!

A lot of broken English (or Chinese symbols) for menu options, the multi floor mapping does not work, clean record does not work, cannot set boundary areas as these are lost when moving robot between floors etc (which is the main point of a LIDAR robot!!)

I am using this app with my M7 pro (which I love). The app is not user friendly. The advertising for the M7 pro made the app appear to be one of the main selling features. I wish I had read the reviews before hand! Took a lot of trial and error to figure out how to use it and even now it’s still hit and miss. Trying to set areas is a head ach. Unless every room is a perfect square you’ll really struggle. Really hoping they look at improving the app. I won’t be recommending my vacuum to anyone based on the app.

The app cannot restore map

Great machine, good suction, however the app is not very user friendly and the multi maps function does not work, my robot does not save the map after a clean and creates a new map every time meaning I cannot use it for scheduled cleaning on multiple floors. Such a shame because otherwise this would be a perfect bit of kit!
