Awful. Just awful.
I wish Provis would pay attention and realise this app doesn’t work!!! It’s so frustrating. Crashes every time, then rarely starts. I uninstalled it last year and just installed again and it had the same bugs. What’s the point in having an app that doesn’t work but forcing your residents to use it!!!!!
Waste of phone memory
App never opens and if it actually does it just crashes.
Rather useless
Terrible use experience. UAE pass login doesn’t work. Overall refreshingly useless. Thank you so much.

Absolute rubbish.. updates to events are 6 months old.. has features that don’t work (eh storage booking)

I’m a new tenant used it only once now not working reinstalled twice still not working what a waste of time
Not good
This is the worst app I have ever had to deal with. My patience gets tested just by staring at the logo from the stress I get when I try to load it. The app never loads !!!
The App often doesn’t work
Customer service is very bad, and with the App often not working it makes life more difficult when trying to deal with issues. If the rent was representative of the quality of service this would be acceptable.
Waste of time
App won’t open. And even before when I’d make a request it would just be ignored.
Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do most of the time
Advice for 2022 app update: uninstall and reinstall to get it working again
