Disconnection issues
When switching controllers with two users, the app always disconnects, making it difficult to use. Please address this issue for a better user experience. I have not able to play event one time with the main user.

It’s not to be played full time
No way you can play remotely full time, it’s keeps disconnecting and lagging no matter how fast your intern speed is.
Please fix
It use to work but now half the time i try to stream my ps4 to my phone it says couldnt connect to ps4 and i have really good internet too and the desktop version works perfect so pls fix the mobile

Really disappointed
Can not link to PS5 (fixed)
I port forwarded, turned on remove play, turned on all power options available in rest mode, connected both my ipad pro and the ps5 to the same network (also tried separate networks), eventually also set up DMZ to point to the ps5. Nothing worked, very sad, please fix :( The specific error is: can't link the ps5 you want to connect to FIX: Ok so after i gate totally up, i uninstalled the app. The next day I came back and reinstalled it. Before I opened the app for the first time I went to privacy -> local network, turned it off, then back on again. Not sure if that triggered something. But now I can connect and it works. But I shouldnt have had to go through all this. I also removed the DMZ since I dont think we should throw around access like that in a network, the opportunity for it to be used as a pivot into the rest of the network in unappealing.
I need my controller back!😭
I was thinking ide love this app so I started playing thinking 💭 I love ❤️ this app but then later ⏰ I was going to stop playing but then I got annoyed because when I turned it off then I pressed a x button it wasn’t working it was stuck on my no mattar how much I try I can’t get it back SO PLEASE GET MY CONTROLLER BACK!😭
