Forever stuck on building daashboard
What a weird system design after login it doesnt take me to my account but keeps showing that its building a dashboard , plain stupidity take to my screen and lazy load when you can

Doesn’t let you use the app to pay if after due date
I tried to pay through the app a day after the payment due date, and I was not able to use the app to pay. This issue seemed to have begun at the time the app was updated. I had to go through the website instead. Please just develop an app that works right !!!
“Worry Free”
I am so glad I listened to my wife and purchased our “Worry Free Plan @PSEG….4 years later after several appliance problems and HVAC Adjustments… I am still worry free loving PSEG for keeping our home safe and free from worrying about something breaking down.

What an awful app. Good luck resetting your password or updating your account. Amateur hour.
3 MFA ways !!!
They set up 3 different ways to verify the authenticity EVERY TIME you login. Ridiculous. I bet signing into a government agency takes less effort and time. Waste of my time. DELETING
HORRIBLE
Complete an app payment 24 hours prior to due date. Received confirmation email that it was PAID. 6 days later I’m told the payment was returned and now can’t make electronic payments but have to CALL or pay cash and this is for a whole year and have to pay the return charge. Yes in 2025, you have to CALL for an entire year and they have no appeal process. This is a predatory practice. Imagine any older consumers that don’t have anyone? PREDATORY. PS agents are also providing incorrect information.
