High amount of bait and switch tactics
Use your discernment I have talked with many guides on here and at the end of the day this is a job for them. Every now and again you will find someone where it’s not all about monetary gain and they genuinely want to help but here lately they will tell you one thing to draw you end to a reading then completely change the narrative. They will use your weaknesses or something they are certain to catch your interest, so be careful with this. Customer service is also not responding appropriately to these complaints and their policy states procedure to take if you aren’t happy but beware they still won’t give you your money back!! Do not let this app mislead you you will get a small amount of information for free before your asked to pay for the reading. I messaged support on the 21st and still have gotten no response back on the 25th.
