Save your money. It’s weird the app is absent from Trustpilot and other review sites, can it 100% be trusted. My experience has been mixed; you really have to speak to many to gain who is accurate, so do end up wasting money, it’s not worth it at all. One major issue is the lack of a proper refund process. When I requested a refund, I was only offered account credits, which isn’t always helpful. Additionally, I’ve noticed that after deleting your account or simply signing out, you encounter a "rate limit error" message, preventing further access. This seems like an unnecessary complication, especially when signing out should be a standard feature. Another frustration is the mandatory PIN entry required every time you log in. This should be optional, reserved for cases of forgotten passwords. While the app has some merits, the overall user experience, especially in account management and customer service, needs significant improvement.
Surprisingly really good compared to other apps!
I have used psychic apps for years.. and always found it hard to resonate with a specific psychic. But somehow… I found accurate readings on psychic book. You’re always going to find people who can’t truly connect with you… so the best part of this app is that you can have a brief free chat before a paid reading! I love it so much… I just hope I don’t end up bankrupt LOL ✨
Fake fake fake
So many fake astrologers on this app even the pictures are fake.
Very bad
Very bad and none of predictions are true. It just going to make you more worry and have more session with the psyhic. So, they can have more money from you and tell all the rubbish .
Confusing
I asked the same question to 10 psychic & 7 of them answered kinda same thing but 3 of them answered exactly opposite. Though nothing happened like what they said! So it’s very confusing app
Poor support
I put in a complaint about a reading to the support team on the chat and have had no communication for 2 days. I’ve been a long standing customer and completely disappointed by this.
Mixed
Some are very good, some don’t reply and some spend your 20 minute session just trying to get you to book another session 🤷🏼♀️ no reply from customer support whatsoever. I would be very careful using this app! There are some lovely advisors but there are also some who are rude or just seem to want your money!
Waste of money
I booked a session with ‘Psychic’ Laurie. She said good morning and that was it for 3 out of my 10 minute slot!!! She then took a minute - or over to send a message and all ‘predictions’ were generic. I.e, “you can be with this person if you and he wants it”. ???? - Isn’t that the case with ANYONE? I then messaged support to tell them I was dissatisfied after the 10 minutes (9 actually, I could even be bothered with the next sell to see what the new card means 🙄) Still waiting for support to get back to me, although they estimate a response approx’ 3 minutes. What a joke! I’m deleting the app and hoping I can help other avoid wasting their hard earned money.
