Open it showing alert need to update but their is no update on AppStore its already updated app installed

Doesn’t let you do anything, not even create account, not even login. What a waste of people and time. Also going to report this app to Apple.

I have cut my services for one year and after the whole year they fined me 10,000 and keep on calling and harassing this is by far the worst experience anyone could have , idk why they are still in business.. all they do is scam the previous costumers and when you call and complain about the internet they won’t pick the call and if they do , they do nothing about the complaint… pan ki kuss inki

Pathetic response from PTCL Team. Despite calling on helpline number of times, launching request on app and even visiting franchise center there response was still "sir we are trying". Its been six months now

This app is useless in iOS. There are many issues in this app like login error, not unable to use any service like data usage and other services too… Plz improve/update this

Worst freaking app trying for 3 hour and cant login its been ages and they still haven't fix there application very disappointed 🫤
