PtEverywhere Reviews

Still haven’t fixed my main qualms.

PLEASE FIX THE QUALITY WHEN LOOKING AT PAST NOTES! The “view last treatment note” is a feature I love because I can quickly see what I did with my patient last. However, for the past few months it has been so blurry that I can barely use it, especially when attempting to zoom in. Please please also add the ability to coordinate block scheduling for providers. It’s a pain to have to do it on my home computer vs phone or iPad via app. Otherwise it’s very easy to use and accessible. Patients seem to enjoy it as well.

Notification overload

~Beth on

United States

Notifications come too often and there are no controls. For one day, with three exercises, I’ll get maybe 10 notifications - sometimes even after I’ve done everything. It’s demotivating.

Decent app, sometimes slow and clunky

A simple and easy to navigate app. My biggest issue is having to open every exercise to check it off. It would be nice to have a “complete exercise” button next to each exercise in the HEP list. Especially with slow internet it takes a while just to check exercises off

We at Off The Block PT are so pleased with PTEverywhere! We highly recommend them!

A bit confusing and why do I need to log in every time?

PoopDawgOfDefeat on

United States

The main feature of the app, seeing my PT’s exercises, is buried too many taps deep. That should be front and center. Also why do I need to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME I use the app? It promotes using insecure passwords and creates an unnecessary barrier to care.

Hopefully this helps. I’ve been having to elder and redownload as the screen can’t be centered at times. I can’t fill out my health notes when it happens

More accessible

The app is really simple to navigate which is great, but maybe too simple. The options for set, rep, time, etc. are not clickable and should be. I have to consult with my ATC every time I get a new program about how much weight should be lifted and that’s very inconvenient for me being that I’m in Germany and he’s in the US, 6hr time difference. Please allow these options to be clickable for the user.

needs some love

Feels like this was built for providers and patients were an afterthought. I have to use this app almost daily and it: - spams me with notifications - has a janky ui - constantly logs me out - can’t keep track of when i have or have not started my exercises. It works, I guess, but really needs some love in the UX department

Thank you!

The PtEverywhere app has been a game changer for me as a physical therapist. It allows me to work on the go - scheduling, documenting, taking payments, etc all on my phone. It’s great for patients too as they can quickly pull up their appointments or message me without being on a desktop. The customer service has been very quick to respond and offer solutions to any needs that I have! Kelli Schneider, PT, DPT, OCS Electric Edge Physical Therapy P.C.

Not simple

Jdillyo on

Looks simple but it’s not. Sometime all the assignments show clearly and you just check them off, other times an exercise will just vanish and it’s hard to get it to come back and complete it
