Reimbursify: File Claims Fast

Reimbursify indicated claims were received by insurance company, and 3 months later insurance company still has no record of the claims. Contacted Reimbursify and was told someone would research and get back to me…..still waiting to hear something. Requested refund, and no response. The process of submitting claims using the app did not work, and customer service is poor. My insurance company told me to manually file claims, which I did…and it did not cost me anything to do so. Don’t waste your time and money with this App.

Paid a fee per claim submitted. Never received a response from app or insurance co after several months. Would not use again

I like the App but find uploading paid invoices to be a bit clunky. Getting support was easy which is very nice.

Each time I filed a claim with Reimbursify, it took more work for me to get the money for reimbursement than had I filed the claim myself. After one point I gave up using them for this reason. Waste of time and money.

I filed and paid months ago. I never got paid. No live support and of course “dead support” is just that , no response. Months now. Paid got nothing. Don’t download

I don’t recommend this app. I was seeing an out of network doctor who partnered with this app to make submitting claims easier for the patient. In my case, it wasn’t. I used the app and then months later got a denial from insurance - they sent the claim incorrectly to BCBS overseas claim review. Me and my doctor are in the US. There was no way for me to provide feedback to have it resubmitted correctly. I ended up doing it myself.
