Instacart are a total rip off. Cheaper to get an Uber to grocery store and back. Honestly it’s disgraceful what they markup and charge for a delivery. Charlatans.

Order cancelled with no explanation, app says I will get refund in 3-10 days. Still would like to know why it was cancelled

Great app online groceries when you’re unable to get out, but could do with an option to download or save receipt.

Why can’t I ever find my SAVED ITEMS anymore????! It’s like you all hide them so we can’t find our favorite SAVED items!!! I don’t feel like searching for my favorite items whenever I want to order online!! You all have an area CLEARLY marked SAVED ITEMS but it NEVER SAVES THEM!! I haven’t ordered since‼️‼️‼️BEYOND FRUSTRATED‼️‼️ NONE of those darn updates fix the problems either‼️

What a disappointment! I have shopped on line for a very long time.this new app is a disaster for me! I am a 94 year old and loved ordering my groceries online and have them delivered to my door. I cannot drive to Publix nowadays and when I sat down to online shop this AM I discovered it is no longer easy! Shame on you to make these changes that keep not only me but many people that depend on this Publix App! Help?!!!

Cannot use app or order delivery without signing up. Entered email and directed to check email for login. No email (including spam). Publix is joining all the rest of the companies solely designed not to add any value to its customers but to siphon as much money off of them as possible. Don’t offer a service/app such as delivery when you can’t bother to ensure its functionality.

It is full of adds that take up your whole screen whenever you scroll past just a few items. And why is this a separate app from the other Publix app?

I placed an order before 6:30! I was told it would arrive by 9:08 at the latest when I was placing my order! After 9:00 it said my order wouldn’t arrive until 9:46pm! The shopper messaged me about replacing an item. I accepted the replacement. It said he was shopping for multiple orders! When I looked again it said he had checked out. When I looked again it said my order would arrive in the morning 😡! When I spoke to customer service she said my order was delayed due to them not having some items I ordered! That was a Lie! Not to mention I have never had a whole order rescheduled because they didn’t have an item😡 ! I ordered medicine because my husband and myself are sick! I needed that medicine! I would never have placed my order if I knew I wouldn’t get it until tomorrow! I would have gone to the store myself!

they make it impossible to figure out how to use a publix giftcard to pay an online order. im done with publix!!!
