After update I lost my unlimited.
Very bad service. In 2017 I already bought full package. After update I lost that and don’t get any reaction/solution for my problem. Please return the money or return my unlimited for the hole package.

Mooie app goed gemaakt
Great app to begin excerciseand also nice it gives attention to stretching, but why not give tips on how to stretch
Says it has stretching videos. But instead of showing any videos during the actual stretch session, it gives a link to a single, short YouTube video they like in their help section. That's cheap and easy.
Super build up of intensity...downside is that the app makes no difference between Chip and Pull Ups...otherwise it would be a 5 star.
App helps with pull ups
Beginning plan. Week 1 day 1…. Do 6 pulls ups. Umm, if I could do 6 pull ups I would not be using a training app. Lol
Had this app for years but this is actually the first time I’ve stuck with it for a bit as I’ve wanted to focus on pull-ups/chin-ups specifically after losing so much ground over the last year and resuming my climbing. So far, the progression is actually realistic and slow because many apps I’ve found, it’s like they think you can gain strength and muscle within 24 hours and I’d get discouraged doing the same week or day over and over. Not this app. For me, when it says a number of reps for pull-ups, I do that number of reps, rest 10 seconds, and then also do that number of reps as chin ups before moving on in order to get both.
But so far, so good. This app is giving me everything I need for this type of workout.
Used this app to help me get into the marines and even tho I’m out. I still use it in my regular workout routine a must have, for anyone who wants to build a massive and strong back!!
