Is Satranç free?
Yes, Satranç is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Satranç legit?
⚠️ Warning: Multiple users of Satranç have mentioned scam or fraud. Investigate thoroughly before using this app.
So disappointing and frustrating, not expected this for a hospitality company.
Too many negatives to talk about.
Delays in showings messages.
The notifications stick forever.
I get constant error when I want to set rules.
No ability to update basic information, if there is an issue.
Worst of all no online supports.
Support lines are also useless, it takes multiple calls and weeks to get an issue resolved (if you are lucky)
Useful App
It allows me to go about my life and yet attend to bookings immediately. It takes a while to learn all the options on the app. But they’re pretty much all there. Like it a lot.
Lagging
Updates poorly, receive emails from booking.com, go to check in pulse app, information is always slow to sync and sometimes just give up waiting, need to go onto xtranet - always asking to “retry”
Easy App
Easy app I can relax and not worry about double any bookings.
However I think there should be an option to rate guest and leave comments. I have had a guest that was dangerous. It made me very uneasy about this app. I think other host need to know about bad guest for their own safety and home.
Pulse App
Not at all user friendly
Real time.
I live in New Zealand and find for some reason, your daily updates are always ONE day behind. They are not in real time, so they are useless to me. Was very confusing initially. Now I just ignore them.
Also, I liked the old system better, as I could put in all the guests booked for the month and get an idea of my earnings as the month was progressing.
Also the colour coding for the monthly calendar is confusing. Just list what days are booked, then you can see at a quick glance which days are free.

Can’t authenticate
On the desktop, if you choose to authenticate on the app, there is nothing on the app. Also when notifications show, you scroll through and can’t see where the new items are.
Message
Very tricky to use.
At the moment I go into a booking click on message to co my act them and it takes me back to the main booking screen. So annoying.
Great app
I open up my rooms and the app closes them down overnight. Can’t make any money if we are closed 🙃
