Pulse for Booking.com partners

I ca no longer open the app. Pls help.

Unable to prompt in messaging upon clicking in guest message tab. This happen after updating the iOS latest version.

I can see my business tren every hour without logging in agin and again. I almoat forgotten my password but it is okay for me. App is reliable.

This new update won’t let us message guests, unless the guest message us first.

Since yesterday i am not able to send messages to my guest.

Booking.com/Pulse is unfair to hosts, unlike other booking app we have the right to speak out about our guests’ negative act and personal review. They only want professionalism and their app is so hard to use unlike Ai*bn* Its hard to chat with guests also.

Hard to navigate. I want to delete my listing theres no option. Multiple listing appearing in the app. Not user friendly

Great Partner in Renting Business

Very easy to use and interface is user-friendly compared to other platforms.

I got so many problems from this is. It is not host or property owner friendly. All they think about is guest and payments and do not take care of property partners properly. I’m out!
