Instantly closes and shuts down app whenever starting a basic program, not to mention any of the “premium” features I foolishly paid $18/month for to test it out smh

Idea is good but they need more expert to work on app

Updated: issue is fixed as of now. Still concerns me that there is no way to use the device without the app but I’m happy the dev team is pushing fixes. When I first got this app it would connect to the Pulsetto maybe 50% of the time. Now when I open it I just hit a black screen. The problem is that the device can’t be used without the app. So essentially my Pulsetto is now a very expensive piece of plastic that I can’t use.

This thing is too expensive to not be able to use it. App won’t even open anymore.

Considering the app runs the device and you cannot access the device without it, I would hope that app would be running without issues to ensure that users could enjoy their device but this app is terrible; server is down (not sure why that would be needed if Bluetooth is the only thing required), or when you open the app the entire screen turns black for no reason. We should be able to access this very expensive piece of equipment at our own discretion; when there are constant issues it turns me off to even own this device. I might be looking to return it because of this.

Unfortunately, I like the device, but you can’t utilize the device without the app, and the app keeps crashing. Will probably be returning my device if this isn’t fixed soon.

Pull up app and just get a blank white screen. Device doesn’t function.

App can not be used without been connected to their servers which often does not work… App sometimes wont start and you get blank screen.. To me this just seems to be one of these new startups selling snake oil with main goal to make money.. i regret purchase

Forces survey after every use. That’s pure annoying, any UX designer would never allow something annoying like that to be built into an app
