Loss of connection

NM Scottsan on

I cannot connect to my device with this app. It worked in the past, but I have not used it for a few months.

App no, tool yes

Nothing about the app should cost $15 a month. Love my Pulsetto and the basic use for the app is great. Always connects, but in no way would I pay 15$ for what the premium service offers.

Good equipment high prices

G-Money-310 on

Equipment works ok but the price point is super high plus you have to buy the app subscription as well as purchasing a separate charger as they don’t provide that in the $500 package. System works ok but is cumbersome to fit properly and the gel is super messy. It’s a good product if you can afford all the extra costs and Monthly upkeep costs. Just don’t be like me and buy it a week before the half off sale.

Taking money

They took $90 out of my account and I can’t see in the receipt why. Nope nope nope. Do not give them your credit or bank acc info.

Terrible App & Customer Service

Who Bone on

United States

Let me start out by saying that the device itself is good. I enjoy using it every night before bed and it seems to be beneficial. Unfortunately the app and customer service are so poor that I’ve decided to rate and write my first review ever for the App Store. The purchase was a gift and I quickly purchased the premium subscription to be able to use all the features. Since that time, it has been nothing but issues. Approximately two months after receiving the device my account reverted back to the non paying functions. After several email interactions with their help email address it was rectified. Unfortunately, fast forward another month and the same thing happens again; except this time their help desk cannot even find my account and is EXTREMELY slow to respond (8 days) and when they do all they do is ask for if I may have logged in under a different email account. This is beyond frustrating and not commensurate with the cost of the device or app. I’d look elsewhere for vagus nerve stimulators or at a minimum make sure you also download the Calm app because you’re going to need it to deal with customer service.

Poor customer service and bad business

I purchased a Pulsetto and decided after trying it that it didn’t work for me. I tried to return it within the return policy. At first customer service tried to talk me out of it. Then they said I had to complete a form. I completed the form and they didn’t send the return label they promised. Now they won’t response to my emails at all. I also tried them on Instagram. Initially, they respond and then stopped after I asked for a return label. I’m very disappointed. I’m now going to have to contest the charge with my credit card company.

App popups stress me out too much :(

Daisy9717 on

United States

I enjoy my sessions with my Pulsetto, but the app is a huge stressor for me. I am required to rate how I feel after every single session. I have to check a box that “I understand” that more frequent sessions are recommended, but I know my own body and my vagus nerve gets overstimulated very easily, so I use my Pulsetto on my own schedule. I don’t need to be reprimanded by an app for not using it the way the programmers/developers believe I should use it. Today I was more stressed after using Pulsetto than I was before I used it due to all the micromanaging that the app is doing. Please remove all of these annoying popups from the app. They nag me and cause a lot of stress that I do not need. I just want to easily use my Pulsetto without all of the popups.
