I’ve been to plenty of gym throughout my life but never had a gym where the music was too quiet. Background music gives you motivation but unfortunately the gym at Preston is way too quiet. You can hear too much noise from other customers than the music playing. It gives the gym a dead and dreary atmosphere. Come on PureGym we need more excitement to get us motivated.
It is very good app to use I would recommend it
The CEO supports genocidal regime. I cancelled membership in disgust.

Why is it the pure gym app is one of the few apps I use that don’t remember my login details when it updates. A number of times now I’ve been locked out of the gym now because I need to re-enter my password again. Please make the app remember details or make it easier for it to find my saved password.
Billed additional fees and still can’t access the gym. Can’t change anything without emailing them and get no helpful response. Messenger chat bot doesn’t work. Awful app and service.
I got sent a day pass code to give to a friend but the code does not work and there is no customer service to speak to and they are not responsive the available support channels they have given
For several versions now the app crashes on opening bow the Quick Action “Gym Access” on the Home Screen. I’ve deleted, restarted and reinstalled but still happens. I’m connected to mobile data rather than WiFi if that helps you troubleshoot it Other than that all is good
Good morning, I am member of this gym and I planned to stay with this gym for longer (6 months) but I decided to leave. The reason of leaving is that CEO of the company is supporting Isreal. I can not stand with this, my humanity won’t let me stay in this gym as CEO is supporting genocide.
I have been having issues with the app since changing my gym location in September 2023. Numerous emails later, different phone, different PIN number and removing and reinstalling app a number of times, I still can’t access the app. The app team don’t let you know what they are doing (if anything). Really fed up now!!
