Every time I open the app, it goes black and I cannot use it. This needs to be fixed ASAP, my rating will go from 1 star to 5 if this is fixed.

Crappy app and crappy customer support
Made an account and a couple of hours later suspended for no reason and then I contacted the support team about this mistake and get no response even after 24 hours…
The thingy hasn’t ever answered me and it’s been 3 weeks
