i dont get how business works with this company or individual — someone buys a subscription and they ban them instead of making a long-term customer relationship with gaining profits they decide to ban everyone to buys subscriptions. App is decent, moderation is bad and unhelpful support. Expect getting banned at any moment for no reason.
