So I have been playing PB since Dec ‘22 & my teams are around 40/45k. Firstly this game is a money pit & every new event it seems F2P get less & less, pressuring players to spend more. The heroes you invest time/ money/ resources in quickly become nerfed with the 2 new heroes per month. New events released in the last year are designed to burn a lot of time & money such as new tournament, supremacy & ancient beasts. End game spenders are not supported- you see this with being unable to use books & 2nd builder. The best thing about this game are the players playing it & not the game itself
Enjoyable with a few flaws
Enjoyable match-3 with plenty of heroes and quests and a generous set of rewards. Way too many pop-up offers when opening the game (some duplicated) and a few crashes where the app auto-closes stop me giving this 5*, but still an enjoyable game and not as pay to win as other games of its genre (cough cough E&P cough)
Total rip off
Played for over a year and spent a lot to improve my team (you will need to do this a lot).
Despite my spending and loyalty when problems which there are a lot the support offer minimal compensation in way of gems etc and offer no apology so either a Bot or just rude.
Once upon a time
This was a great game, now every update is bug ridden and needs updates to remove the bugs. I suggest that you spend less time making ‘improvements’ and concentrate on getting it right.
Garbage game
Garbage games, low-level bugs created by their garbage programmers, Players spend diamonds to participate in activities, which is legal and reasonable, and then tell the player, in violation of the rules of the game, compensate for 3 diamonds, minus tens of thousands of diamonds, players diamond negative tens of thousands, especially stingy, will only throw the pot to the player, garbage games, garbage management, garbage programmers, bad reviews!
Ruined by greed.
The core elements of the game are good unfortunately it is completely ruined by the pay to win structure of the game. I’ve played a lot of mobile games and this has to be one of if not the worst when it comes to being pay to win (and sometimes pay to play). I understand free to play games need to make money but the structure of game, events and the amount of resources needed to progress is almost impossible to obtain if you’re a free to play player or even if you are a low spender. You need to be a whale or there is no point or ability to progress, compete and in some cases play. The graphics and match 3 (core gameplay) are solid but it’s pointless and ruined by greed. Not worth your time or money, there are plenty of other mobile games that are better and treat their customers better.
Marmite game
Some days I like it some days I hate it. So I’ve gone for a 3 star rating because I couldn’t do a 2.5. I reported a fault of being in the middle of battles and the game dropping. I was told it was my hardware. Hubbys an IT consultant and knows his stuff and we have good hardware. So now I don’t report faults as a favour to the game makers because they don’t want to know but since the recent updates the game seems to like my hardware now.
Great Game
Lost track of how long I have been playing this game, but absolutely love it, it’s constant events keep me entertained and the amount of characters is fantastic. Initially struggled with space and had to use gems constantly to make more room for the heroes.
A good game
A really fun game but all the promotional stuff that comes up when you open the app, I have to click about 10 times just to get into the app puts me off
