Won’t open after last update
I play every day and love it, but after the last update it just spins and spins on the blue screen every time I try to open the app! Please fix asap!

Great app!
I love puzzle page. great variety. it would be great if they would include a dark mode option. it would also be nice if the app would work in landscape.
No tokens to start the day.
Keeps glitching and I don’t get tokens to start any games. At one time I had earned a bunch of tokens and a glitch caused me to loose them all. Today I can’t play any games because it glitched on opening and then tokens were unavailable to earn. I realize the ads bring in revenue and I’m willing to watch some to earn tokens, but when you have to spend more time watching ads than playing puzzles it’s not worth my time. I am no longer receiving tokens for consecutive days, I am spending more time watching ads than playing puzzles. This used to be my go to page but I’m considering deleting it. It’s just not enjoyable anymore. The adds that play at the bottom of the page are causing glitches, they are nothing but an annoyance. They cause the page to freeze and take all the enjoyment out of the content.
Broken app
App appears to be broken, no longer gives daily tokens and all the tokens I had are now gone. Coins are also gone, plus all my rewards I had saved up. Progress is still there tho.
Pretty fun
This game is pretty fun, but some of the sudokus require you to use a hint because you’ll hit a point where you can’t figure out what to do next
Ads and tech 👎🏼 not worth it anymore
The games are fun to play and there is a decent amount of choice. The algorithm they have for suggesting puzzles is not great, if you do a puzzle four times in a row it’s all they suggest even if you have a newer preference. The it team is unable to help with rewards loss due to the game crashing or an ad interrupting the process. Which brings me to the ads. It used to be that you only saw ads when you wanted 5 tokens (10 to play a game for the free version) which is fair. They have introduced ads at all times. Complete ads game? Ad. Want to look at the puzzles for the day? Ad. Which is really frustrating because now I’ve had to watch an ad and I still need to watch an ad to get tokens. Honestly not worth trying to play more than one puzzle.
Renumeration
Can you explain why there are not many points given when I play games? If I play a crossword or diamond game, I only get 50 points instead of being given the opportunity to double points by watching an advert I am an elderly person, so often I need to use the points to help get the clue I am looking for. Please don’t take my game away!

Latest update issue?
I’ve been enjoying this game a for a few years. Variety of puzzles, with a good mix of challenging and not challenging. However, I think there is a bug with the latest update. I lost 250 tokens I had saved up over the years and now it resets my tokens to 5 when I open the app, didn’t even save the daily 20 tokens I got this morning, not the ones I earned from watching adverts. I feel I need to spend my tokens immediately and bank them in unsolved puzzles, instead of saving for a rainy day.
