Surprise surprise. Downloaded the game but it won’t open. Says download the old version which I did but nothing. Just an icon on the screen Fed up. In retrospect it looks like many people have the same problem. So don’t bother replying. I am going to delete itb
This app was the best thing ever until they added ads after each puzzle you complete. It makes using the app unpleasant.
For the last few days (about a week already?) the app keeps crashing while trying to play the ads to earn tokens. About 1 in 10 ads successfully play. Takes a whole day just to try earn the tokens. No time for actually playing puzzles. It’s ridiculous!
Since the last upgrade the app keeps closing after a few minutes. Very frustrating.
I really enjoyed the variety of games but after using my tokens on the first few rounds to unlock the daily pages, I have been unable to play. I got 10 free token in a 24hr period and it takes at least 10 tokens to play one round. Thinking I could earn tokens by doing surveys also doesn’t work because I get through the profile part of the survey and every single one “Wasn’t a good match”. Impossible to play this game without spending real money
While I understand the need for adds, one particular add is unacceptable: Me. Even if you watch to the end, you can’t get it to close. It repeatedly opens in a browser. This happens 4 times before it will close.
After the last update I am not able to turn off the sound in the app. Even if sound is off in the settings the sound is still playing.
Every time after an update the app keeps crashing and we unable to play for days! Updates are supposed to fix bugs but yours only create more! Do more testing on your updates please...
After latest update the game doesn’t open at all. Pity as I will now have to cancel the subscription
I love this game but since the new Valentine 2022 update the game crashes almost immediately after opening please advise I don’t want to delete it as I am considering the subscription option
