You will also receive 3 messages to update you on the status of your order: one to confirm your order, one to tell you the restaurant is preparing your food, and one when your food is on the way.

A lot of bugs
Every second action in the app displays "Something went wrong". I cannot see my order details, including where it is and time of arrival which is very inconvenient. Search is also buggy. Would not recommend this app

Horrible app! I made an order, pay for it, but they didn’t deliver this info to the restaurant!!! I stay hungry and angry! For situations like mine should be phone number! I write to you guys 2 times and receive only automatic answer. Where is my money??? I want it back ASAP
Delivery time can be a surprise
Time was 45 min. After payment, it was increased to 100 min. After 100 min - still no food at my place. And no big button “cancel the order” I don’t need my order after 3 hours!

Мне, как иностранцу, живущему в Польше, сложно разбираться в приложении. В ресторанах почти нет фото блюд, впервые с таким сталкиваюсь. Очень сложно опираться только на описание на польском.
Долгий возраст средств !!!!
Совершенно не советую это приложение!!!Много минусов, купоны работают тоже с огромными условиями, предупреждают об отмене заказа очень поздно, одно негодование, ждать 10 дней чтобы вернули средства причём рабочих. Одно сплошное негодование
