fake
I had to pay to use this app and after i did, i learned that it cannot even handle a simple ‘a = input()’ or even a more simple: print(‘test’) It is garbage. Do not buy this. Never use it. It times out regularly.
First you have to buy completions to run the code, and then the PRINT() command does not work. I’m not sure this is real python.
I downloaded this without reading the reviews and let me tell you, this is not a good app. You cannot test any programs without buying “compilations” and you don’t get free compilations for using the app. I would not recommend and you should not download.
I've been running this app for 3 years and have a ot of programs. Now I can't run any as I get this message: Python 3 Online Interpreter [python-3.5] Copyright (c) Python Software Foundation Running your program... Please update the application to compile the program. I have unlimited compiles, and the App Store says m app is current. What gives? Also, I have been getting this on all your Apps.
I purchased the full version to practice writing python code. It works fine and it has worked each time I upgraded my iOS. I have found a bug in the if: else: function that caused me to waste hours trouble shooting, but so far it is the most functional interpreter that I have found.
I have used this app for a few weeks now so thought I would write a review. I use the app to try different ideas when I'm not around a computer. The app provides feedback when a program doesn't build enough to get me to the line of code causing the problem. All in all it is good basic app for writing Python code. To the reviewers complaining about charging for compilation, $1.99 for unlimited compiles is well worth the price. The only addition I would like to see are maybe some additional Python libraries.
You literally have to pay right from opening the app. I wanted to download it to see why the reviews were so bad and, with low expectations, was still disappointed. I was confused as to why it’s 600 KB. Turns out from what I can tell it’s an online interpreter anyway, so there literally is zero point in using this versus an online one.
It doesn’t function well! I need my money back
