Nice app, infrequent content updates

I’ve used the app for years. Like it for sleep and naps. In the last year, updates are only bug fixes without new content. Too bad.

Impossible to cancel

I have been trying to cancel this for years. They tell you it’s cancelled and then just keep charging your credit card. I haven’t used it once in years and they just keep charging, I imagine figuring you will give up eventually since it is a relatively small amount. Sometimes it seems like a sad world we live in.

Contorted UI for years. Subscription and excessive tracking

A lot of repetitive and not really helpful ones , on a subscription that's overpriced for what it offers. Login and excessive tracking for no benefit.

Uses scammy review prompting in app

The app asks you if you love the app. If you reply yes, it shows the App Store review prompt. But if you select less than 5 stars they disable the submit button. Shameless review manipulation!

Great product! Works very well

I work a lot of nights and split shifts and used to have trouble getting to sleep. With Pzizz you get a better quality sleep no matter how long it is. And it's nice that you can customize things like duration or adjust the voice volume. Sometimes I like just having a dreamscape on to listen to while I relax. As far as pricing goes. They are constantly adding new content and I believe are making other tracks that are meant for more than just sleep. The price is small to pay to make sure you get a decent night sleep every night.

It’s ok

The core product is excellent, but for some reason pzizz have really struggled to put a competent and elegant app together. It’s only gotten worse over the years. So much un-tapped potential.

It’s great, I only wish

That I could cast it to my google home as with Spotify.

Latest update continues downward slide

Once again another update makes the app worse. The original version of this app was the best so far. I liked the free version so much I bought the paid version, even though I used non of the extra features. Then devs took away both my free and paid version and made a subscription service while “improving” the app and ruining the rhythm and cadence. Now the female voice is just torture. I can’t even use it anymore. If you want to make a perfect app to help people sleep, make a copy of the original, free, 45 min only version of pzizz. It was perfection.

Love this app - or I used to

Here’s what I wrote a while ago (about 3 or 4 years ago, if not longer) - my rating was 5 stars. “I like sleeping too - and after a busy day I'm not always ready for that. This app has been my sleep saver since before it was an app. Devs work hard to add new sounds which is great and I can still access old favs too. Well thought out and useful app! It got me through 11 years of shift work sleep!!” I don’t like the latest update - not one little bit. Firstly, it wiped out my saved and preferred sounds, and all the response I got was, “so sorry about that and for the inconvenience”. Secondly, no notice of the impact that updating would have. (I might have delayed doing an update if I’d known the result was an inferior version) And today, I discovered that I can’t actually choose the type of alarm sounds that I want (I used to be able to do that and pick music from my playlist). This is a seriously inferior update.

Since when?

I love this app! I almost ALWAYS stay up all night, then I found this app! I sleep within a few seconds or minutes! But I lost my device and couldn’t use the app 😔. . . I found a new update and now what I was used to falling asleep to is for the pro feature! I can’t afford ANYTHING so I sadly don’t know what to do. . . I’ll try for tonight if it doesn’t work then I may have to sadly delete because I can’t afford and will cause me exhaustion from no sleep. Please let us at least let us use our dreamscape! (If you can afford you should buy pro! It’s really awesome! I had it before the update!)
