Pzizz - Sleep, Nap, Focus

Music suddenly stops after 30 mins or so in nap setting. Feels like the app just crashed. Happened to me twice already when it’s set to not wake me up. Also, whenever session ends, evrything stops abruptly with white noise. After several repeats of the music in each section there seems to be ab buy that lengthens a sound for 20-30 seconds or sometimes perpetually. The sound keeps going but there is not movement. Please fix the bugs..

心地良い音を、チャンネルを左右させたり、うねりながらテンポダウンしたり、色々な角度で聴き入るように鳴らしてくれる。どんな考え事よりも強烈で、どうやっても寝てしまう。睡眠導入としてこれ以上の物は無いと思う。

Pzizz is a blessing. I always get a good night's rest with it. Worth upgrading.

自分の体で色々と試しましたが、睡眠導入のためのサウンドとしてはこれが一番でした。簡単な英語しかわからない程度ですが、じっと聴いていると低音が凄く心地いい音と言うか…優しく真剣な感じが良いです。メロディーとbinaural beatsの組み合わせが毎回同じでは無い点もだいぶ大きいです。人間、少しでも変化があるとすんなり聴き入ってしまうものなのかも。声も重要なのかも。 兎に角これはお勧めです。

I am using this app for the first time, it keeps randomly switching the playback from my headset (both Powerbeats and AirPods Pro) to my iPhone. Completely negating the whole point of the app! Fix this please

I use it almost every day at work to keep me focused. I don’t sleep a lot (pain issues) and the “Focus” movement music keeps me on task vs. putting me to sleep. I’ve no idea how one writes purpose-driven music, especially the Focus aspect without either making it obnoxious or inadvertently putting me to sleep, but they pulled it off in spades.

I’ve actually used this app for over 10 years? I want to say? I don’t know but it’s been a looong time. I LOVE Abbe’s voice, and Anna’s hypnosis; The journeys and the myths. One of my favorites is “the wardrobe of your feelings” where I pick out clothes (in my mind) that will make me feel my most confident 💁🏽‍♀️ I fall asleep thinking about the best version of myself and after all these years I’m actually turning into that person day by day and I credit Pzizz with a lot of that (not to be dramatic). Other favs include An Inca Journey With an Alpaca, and The Rockabye Railway. Who doesn’t want to fall asleep on a soothing train ride? By the time Abbe gets to the part about hot cocoa I’m usually out lol. I use it for sleep at night, meditations during the day and when I started I didn’t have kids but now I have two daughters and they also know when it’s a Pzizz kind of night. It’s not a punishment of any kind! It’s a treat! They’re only 5 & 6 but they know it works. They love Daughters of The Air, Alice Underground, Petite Snow White and many others. My fav soundscape is still Classic Pzizz Sleep - the binaural beats are top notch. Thank you Pzizz for an app that is stress free to use (this part is so important - can’t stress this enough), the wonderful stories, and the voices that I’ve come to associate with coziness and calm. It’s perfection or I wouldn’t still be here 10+ years later. I check the “new” list all the time and I’m delighted anytime there’s anything new because I know it’s going to be awesome.

What is one good night of sleep worth to you? I wish everything I like was free or really cheap. Unfortunately, none of it is... This app is great for helping me with sleep. The developer is constantly making it better. That is important for me as require it to be different at times. I love how this app keeps going for as long as I want. Many competing products last a few minutes... useless. It is wonderful we have options. I hope everyone finds a sleep app that works for them. I find this app to be a very reasonable price for what I receive. Keep up the great work guys. This newest update is amazing!

I’d buy it

It really is a great app. I have never had any technical problems with it. It introduced me to a very ingenious and healthy way to handle bouts of insomnia. Also how to nap properly. Just long enough to wake up refreshed and energized. Unfortunately the subscription costs are now out of my price range. That’s basically the way it goes with almost anything. Especially with technology. So it’s great stuff. A really good app. If you subscribe then it won’t be too long until you have your butler install it on all your smartphones
