البرنامج بسيط وسهل الاستخدام واتمنى يتم رفع سقف التحويل واضافه خيارات اكثر للعملاء وزياده مده الرؤيه لكشف الحساب

للأسف للحين عايشين بالعصر القديم فجأة يتوقف البرنامج والبطاقات من العمل بدون سابق انذار وتتاخر بالساعات وبدون اي تعويض او تأسف للعميل والخدمات تصل للعملاء متاخره مو مثل بقية البنوك ،، وتحديث البرنامج للأسف بدل ان يكون اسهل من القديم وافضل صاار اصعب ومعقد اكثر ،، اتمنى ان ينتبهوا للعملاء

اكلم خدمة العملاء عشان تفعيل الحساب يقولي ادخل وفعله من البرنامج، ادخل البرنامج عشان افعله يقولي كلم خدمة العملاء لان حسابك مب مفعل وهذا احنا
