Can’t even register
Wanted to check out the app but when I tried to register so I can enter it wouldn’t let me. Just seems like a broken app to me since you can’t get past the registration screen. So I would advise not buying anything related to this app since you can’t even register to get in.
Issues with receiving verification codes
I’ve been unable to receiving verification codes to log into my account or to even create an account. I guess the $200 product I bought is just a $200 rock. 😠
Insane
This app is horrible to register and navigate. Absolutely horrible, it makes the simplest task extremely hard.
Tried to purchase seasonal card
I tried to purchase the seasonal card and the app never applied the features it said came with it, I then deleted my account and days later the app decided to charge my apple account for it. Now I have to pay Apple for this subscription in order to access my App Store and download apps again.
App did not connect to device
Tried to reach out to customer service several times, but they obviously did not understand. Product was non refundable, so total waste..
App is very difficult to navigate
The app is horrible, selecting the language does nothing. There are no instructions on how to add people and how to share your lock with specific people. The device itself is great but the App needs major work

Terrible
They want too much info that you can’t bypass and app is slow and inconsistent. Do not waste your money on QIUI products
