Just when I didn’t think this app could get any worse it has gotten even worse. I can’t even login any longer because the verification process doesn’t work. Giving it 1 star is too much. I’ll never purchase another device from this awful company. You took a good concept and completely failed.
This app is not user friendly at all. It is super difficult to navigate through the menus and find the options and functions you are looking for. This app needs to be completely redone. It is beyond confusing.
Just got my device in the mail but can not even play with it because the app won’t let me even make a profile. Waste of money
This is got to be the most horrible and convoluted app I’ve ever downloaded.
Refuses to give me a refund after I bought what has essentially become a paper weight. The toy doesn’t work without the app, and after requesting a registration code several times a day for over a week, I’m still stuck with a toy that won’t work and no refund.
This app will not allow me to register and complete the installation process. It gets hung up on the choose avatar every time and then it times out and I have to start all over. I have tried on multiple devices and get the same results. I would give zero stars if possible. I have a new device that can not be used without registering for the app to work. This is frustrating pushing towards infuriating.

Is someone from dev team going to fix this so that the money we pay for the devices actually work with the app? Or are we nearing scam territory? Because at this point not just I, but we, (all) have devices that are not working as advertised and agreed upon in user terms and conditions nor the basic requirements that are required/expected for the basic functionality of your app.
I can’t get the app to send an SMS code to even use the app! So, basically I’ve spent a bunch of money on a device that I can’t use because it depends on the app, and the app won’t work. DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE!!
Would it be possible for the developers to write a simplified version of the app that only sets time limits for connected chastity device and shows a simple count down timer till unlock is possible .
