Still no purchase restore

Since the full purchase, it’s been the third new phone, however no purchase restore can be found, and no answer to last feedback for more than a year. Please fix that annoying bug.

Although this app is very cool premium was expensive so I can’t buy it but I still liked your app! Keep it up and make it cheaper!

Nowhere to transfer premium membership to new phone, and found nowhere to restore purchase. Please fix.

App crash for capture

For free scan you need a special mat, so I can’t do anything for free if I am trying out this app.

Bad quality scan with QR code

Used the free version with QR code mat and scan was horrible. I just scanned a rectangle tissue box and it looks like a deformed organic object. Scanning process was easy to understand but during scanning the scanning guide keeps going red and disappearing. Quite disappointed in the scan quality. Thought it would have been better.

Quit when going to use AR

I will say the scanning quality is good among the free 3D scanning app. But the editing tool is not user friendly so I cannot do what I want. When I clicked “AR” in the app, my camera is turned on and showing “initializing” and then forced quit. Tried many time but still failed.

I shouldn’t have paid before testing more

With my iPhone 8, I tried scanning a transformer toy (car-form), hand cream, bike model, milk carton. None of them returns an acceptable result. Lots of noise displacement. Not a tool app, just a toy.
