Not working
I am really shocked with what’s happening with the application for the last two years , As a customer to the bank, that is so many services the kind that I can do it through the application but nevertheless, it’s not there, although so many international banks that Qnb are competing with them have that service So I’m not really happy with theDevelopment of the app through the years. I think it’s slow and more action need to be done.
I have been using the QNB and CBQ app since the last few years.. I like using the CBQ app more than the QNB app.. one of the example is when I transfer amount to anyone in the CBQ app I get the option of sharing the transaction details but I don’t get that option in the QNB app
Tried to open a new account and it always sends me back seems like a glitch or a mistake in programming, same thing happens when I try to register …

علشان تتواصل معاهم اولا مركز الاتصال الرد الالي يقولك تواصل بشكل اسرع بالتطبيق . تدخل التطبيق في خدمة دردشة ومحد يرد عليك اله المجيب التلقائي وحتى ماوصل مرحله الذكاء الاصطناعي . واخر شي يقولك لا استطيع خدمتك. لا بنك من ناحيه خدمة العملاء المباشر بالاتصال جدًا سيئة.

Excellent application please add option for a account statement
Biggest improvement for me is that transfers are way easier and faster to operate. What I found uncomfortable is that it gives you all your balances right upfront, and you need to do some clicks to hide them in case you are in a public space, for example. I cannot find where to fetch a monthly statement, and neither can I apply now for a savings account, another card, or other services that were available in the previous version. I also liked the previous interface as an entry point. Still getting used to this, but it’s not my preferred version. I hope it gets better soon.
