Excellent application please add option for a account statement
Biggest improvement for me is that transfers are way easier and faster to operate. What I found uncomfortable is that it gives you all your balances right upfront, and you need to do some clicks to hide them in case you are in a public space, for example. I cannot find where to fetch a monthly statement, and neither can I apply now for a savings account, another card, or other services that were available in the previous version. I also liked the previous interface as an entry point. Still getting used to this, but it’s not my preferred version. I hope it gets better soon.
There is lots of room for improvements other than making the app look fancy. Even though i must say it looks nice. An example of improvements that could be made if deductions happen on my card i should get pop up notifications from the app to approve or disprove of transactions, for online purchases. Also the flexibility for people abroad to be able to follow any transaction through notifications via the app (especially if i am abroad and i don't get sms because my phone is off) Also i should be able to control direct debits, from my card through this app.
The new update always stuck
Seriously whoever design the new interface has done a horrible job!!.. Maybe the functions have developed to the better.. but look wise & practicality wise I’m sorry to say it’s bad.. try to fix it
The new app updated design is too complicated. Too many information! A lot of banking language (not simple at all). Too many text. Too many colors. And not easy to read font. Online banking shouldn’t be this hard and complicated. It should be easy for everyone. I don’t have to be a banker to be able to use the app, which is the case with the new update. I hope you revise the design and make it simpler, or at least give the user the option to hide certain information like (outstanding balance/actual balance/pending). These information do not need to be there without me requesting for it.
New Update v4.0 on iPhone 14 Pro Max is very slow & lagging. I had to restart the App few times to Get a transaction done. Was very important transfer.
Excellent and speedy customer service special awhile u book you appointment on your application you doesn’t need to wait allot of time awhile you doing chopping in the mall you can book it and has a wonderful staff of kind and helpful persons This bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff. I am very impressed by their vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and wonderful team-mates. Their reputation is well-earned. Keep up always Fadi
و الى الان حتى مع تغيير وتحسين شكل البرنامج، لم يتم اضافه خاصيه تحويل الاموال من حسابك الى شركات الوساطة المالية مثل المجموعة و دلاله و غيرها. العميل يحتاج يدخل على كمبيوتر لتحويل الاموال الى شركات الوساطة الماليه ، خاصيه مثل هاذي جدا مهمه، و عدم توفيرها للعملاء تسبب عائق. مش منطقي عدم توفيرها، هل من المنطق عملية تحويل يحتاج الشخص يدخل الكمبيوتر عشان يحول ؟ و هو المفروض من التلفون يتم التحويل ؟
