Can’t upload picture into immigration, stupid and malfunctioning

Aku bangun pukul 6 semata nak get ticket. Lepatsu bila dah tekan tak boleh! Tunggu lagi setengah jam tahu2 dah penuh! Stupid apps!

system show seasion start ： 610am but prrss till 7am still didnt get thr queue number！！！

Just take down your app and close the company. Not worth even 1 star.

I bangun puku 6am katanya dah buka buat tempah nombor. Endup loading sampai kesudah. Jadah dia. Aku pagi ii ni jadi baran. Aku lebih rela beratur amik nombor manual. Niat memang tak nak bagi star pon memang x layak even satu. Siapa lah yang buat app ni. Lain kali nak buat tu, buat biar untuk memudahkan orang bukan menyusahkan orang . Aku tunggu hampir setengah jam then dia kata system ni sleep mode. Ada kan aku tidur kan kau nanti.

This is a worst, terrible, suck app I ever experienced.

i dont think this apps function for people’s,i have wake up early to waiting this QMS , LOL wht the hell PLEASE laa this not solved our problems

Seriously, what is this about? Each time getting number also keep waiting or error? Hello. Your stupid idiot server can’t handle the load then don’t launch with this suck app. At least prompt some valid message rarhet than just jump out from app or just show error. Fire your whole team or just close your company if you don’t have budget for all these service la. What the hell. If can rate negative your will get negative -100

I wake up early to book appointment since the apps said that the operator apps open at 6am. I standby to take the appointment as I need the ticket for walk in. I press at 5.55am shows that the operator not open yet. As I press at 5.59 and 6am, theres so many issue appear , at the at I waited for 19 mins , already full booked!! I dont think this apps helps people to settle their issues! Not very user friendly and creates more problems! Better no need use this apps!
