They are charging money on my credit card I never authorized this charges $89

THIS APP IS CRIMINAL !!!! Do not download!!!!

I only signed up for trial and didn’t authorize for the game and it has since taken from my credit card. TWICE!!!!!! I downloaded for trial. Deleted it the next day and it has since taken from my credit card for last month and this month for $88. Twice!!!!!! Do not download this app!!!! I am posting and sharing about this app! I would like a refund on my account. ASAP! I have tried emailing and have not had a response!

Paid for one year subscription but cannot access the app and ask you to pay more. Sent them an email as well but no response. ITUNES, please look into this asap! Thanks!

Refund the amount

I have tried the free trial. And I deleted the app within 1 day. And when I checked my statement you ppl have charged me the subscription charge for 1 year. This is totally unfair. Could you please refund the amount to my credit card ASAP.

I need my money back pls

My daughter purchased this item without my knowledge. She is only 5 years old. Maybe she meant she wanted to try it out only not purchased it. I was just surprised when i saw that I got charged from it. So pls, she doesn’t need and use this app. I know it’s helpful and all for her to learn, but didn’t authorized it. Thanks .

No support

They have no place to contact support which is illegal. I signed up for a free trial, and want to cancel it so they don’t start charging me. But they don’t have anywhere to contact them or to cancel your membership. I’m trying to help my daughter learn math and try fun engaging ways to do this, which is why I tried the app. This is criminal.
