Unable to use the app after the payment for 1 year

I used the the app for one year. Renewed it again but the app stopped functioning by pointing it to submit payment again. Not happy at all...

Paid subscription

I am being charged a monthly subscription that I didn’t sign up for. I have tried to submit to the app and it doesn’t work. How do I cancel the subscription and could I please be refunded what I have been charged.

My son downloaded this app

Hi, Seems like a wonderful app but my son wasn’t allowed to pay for it he wasn’t aware it cost money. How do I delete subscription and get my money back he literally just downloaded it.

Dodgy app

This app gives you supposed free access then without authorising anything specifically at point of access you receive an Annual subscription renewal fee of £58.99 4 weeks after!! and my daughter hasn’t even used it as it lacks the content and what it says does!( Notification was sent via I store representative as debiting your designated card). This is ridiculous never had this before as the previous reviewer says definitely not worth the money either at that level of price not value for money whatsoever!! I am also being bombarded with pop ups to go in and access presumably to show I have used it and therefore have bought in. App Store need to review their offered content this is a scam!!

Nothing free about this app

Another app that cons you in and then gives you nothing without paying a heavy amount!!! Its just not practical for families to dish out such amounts!!!

Double subscription

Hi, I am unable to contact you through submitting the form it keeps giving me some error message. I have paid for a life subscription, order id MQV6ZFJFW0 and also there is a pending transaction for an annual subscription. I have asked my bank not to pay to iTunes the latter. Could you please cancel it on your side. Otherwise so far happy with the app

I downloaded this free app, only to get a call from the fraud team at my bank the next working day to say that a payment of £58.99 was trying to be taking from my card. After looking into this, this was for an annual subscription for this app which I was not aware of and did not agree to at any point! Avoid avoid avoid.

Do not download

This app is a waste of time, if you want your kids to learn math just find a kids website on google! As soon as you open the app it only gives you the option to pay £58.99 per year or £74.99 life time subscription, you can’t even test the app without signing up to the yearly pay, (3 day trial) waste of time
