Endless bugs
I’m busy finding workaround for the endless bugs. UX is not well designed, application not intuitive. Bad experience all in all. Unfortunately I paid for one year so I’m stuck with you.
App version crashing
Recently can’t access my QuickBooks app version. It keeps popping up logging out and hangs there
Bug when exporting invoices
There is a bug when exporting invoices. 1) I exported an invoice as PDF 2) Realised I made a mistake so I went back to the invoice to edit it 3) Re-exported the invoice as PDF with the new changes 4) The saved PDF does not reflect the new changes in the invoice and still shows the first version I can only solve this problem by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. This leads me to believe that the app is saving the first version of the invoice somewhere in its app data. But after making changes to it, the first version is not overwritten, so it still exports the PDF as the first version. I also realised that if I change the invoice number, the invoice will export with the new changes, no problem. But the moment I use the same invoice number as the first version, it will refuse to reflect the updated changes. Exporting the same invoice on a computer via the Quickbooks webpage does not have this issue. Please fix.
Frozen at customer screen
Latest update causes the app to freeze after looking at customer’s invoice. App becomes unusable.
Session keep expiring
The software had been great for me so far. But recently it keep logging me out and say session expire. Even when I log in again and issue an invoice, while is run in saving for while and then said session expired and I need to log in again. And after log in the records I just created is gone and need to recreate and the same thing happen, stuck in saving mode and then expire.
Great App
Great app but if have following items could bet be better 1. More invoice templates with user customization 2. Need to simplified the UI for mobile with more better look 3. Need to have multiple T&C for estimates and able to store for future use based on job scope. 4. Need to add credit note and debit note option. 5. Need to simplified the project based billing with drag and drop methods for sales and expenses Once again great app with great online support. Thumbs up 👍🏻
Good but has a major flaw
Need to be able to print delivery note from the mobile app. Now can only print invoice in pdf from phone. Can’t pdf delivery note from app.

Can’t get help with wrong bill charges
App is kinda good. Im a little a week into it,but have billed twice. Tried refunding the bigger amount but was refunded the smaller one. Tried mobile and desktop for help,but just couldnt get anybody. Let me know if anybody can help.
