Constant updates and bugs

For 2 weeks now I have been unable to pull up any of my old invoices or even make new invoices. Sometimes the icon is there to access and sometimes it’s not. I’ve tried all day long to get the invoices to pull up but had zero luck. Every time I open the app it says there is a new update available and I need to update, so I hit the update button and it just brings me to the App Store where I open the app and there are no updates available. It also does this if you’ve been in the app longer than a few minutes.

Vanessa from QuickBooks services was very disrespectful. We tried to get our services lowered and Vanessa was very disrespectful. We have been with QuickBooks for over 10 years. We are paying $200 a month and Vanessa was so disrespectful and demising. She was unable to help us and did not show any concern in regards to resolve in the situation with our company. 123*********3384 She was very argumentative. She stated she does not have a customer service ID number. She just gave us a name by Vanessa and we find that very very disrespectful that she disrespected our staff and did not try to resolve any situation.

Glitchy and horrible quality control

This app has tons of glitches and problems, both in the app and the accompanying website. There is no quality control on coding or features that are added. Very low-quality developers, which is typical of everything QuickBooks does. Nothing ever gets fixed either, I’ve used QuickBooks desktop and online for years and it’s always been this way. Really doesn’t give you any confidence in the software that your entire company depends on.

Customer history on many customers on many customers not visible.

I recently wrote a review stating that we’re having issues viewing customer history on many of our customers and it’s different from device to device. Some devices are fine while others show a few estimates or invoices and some don’t show any. All devices are up to date. The response from the app developer is below which has absolutely nothing to do with my issues. I did notice there was an update this morning but it didn’t solve anything. I have 2 phones and one iPad. Only one phone shows the full customer history. Hey there, Steven. We're grateful you bring this to our attention. Our developers are currently working on fixing this search issue that is causing previous filters/searches to not clear. For now, we've found that going into the Search bar and tapping Cancel should bring the lists back in full. Don't hesitate to let us know if that doesn't work for you. Worse with every upgrade

This new update is extremely confusing, glitchy and so hard to use. I’m not sure that I’ve ever reviewed an app before but this is so frustrating and disappointing that I felt I had to write something and let the developers know.

This company continually moves the goal posts and finds new ways to not release funds to me paid by a perfectly happy customer. No one on multiple calls provided consistent information. The fraud department contacted me and made several guarantees however they are unreachable by the general public and none of their guarantees have yet to be proven true. This company does not care about legitimate small businesses and are more concerned with the assuredly small percentage of fraudulent or fake businesses or people that use their services. My business actively suffers every hour and day they withhold hard earned payments from me.

Mobile deposit still not working

After a couple of updates over the past few weeks, mobile deposit has vanished. Just curious Intuit, how am I to stay in business if I can’t deposit money in my QB Account? 🤔

It’s Monday morning. QB has an internal error. I can’t run a profitable business like this anymore. Run away do not put your business in harms way. This software is unusable at this point and costing us money. I will never come back after today. I’ve had QB for 4 years. It’s had its glitches but this year it’s just about unusable. The only thing keeping me is it’s a trusted name and moving all of my data from prior years would be very tedious. But unfortunately I have no choice at this point. I have a business to run and I can’t do that when the app doesn’t work 90% of the time. I have no need for a pc and I don’t use most of the junk in the app. Day 4 quick books won’t let me create estimates. I read the developer’s response to Thursdays complaints about new features. We shouldn’t have to re install the app clear history’s clear data to force the app to work. It was fine just as it was. Quit making changes or create a duplicate app that you don’t screw around with all the time for those of us that are content with basic features. We don’t ask for improvements every day. If it’s not broken don’t fix it. You’ve “fixed it” to the point it’s broken and useless. I feel completely stuck with QB.

Customer service cannot be reached

I’ve been a QuickBooks online subscriber for many years. My credit card account stopped loading into my QuickBooks account and they said they were working on it. I’ve been unable to reach anyone about that for quite some time. Now my account tells me it cannot bring up all my information so basically I can’t use my mobile account or online account it says there’s an issue on their end and they’re working on that too. When I tried to contact customer service I just get computer assistance that are not helpful and I cannot get a real person to talk to. It keeps getting more expensive and harder to use. Very disappointed at this point.
