Easy as
Just upgraded to a paid plan after some time evaluating the solution. It is easy to use, quick to deploy and offers the insights we are after. Stephen A was great to deal with and held my hand the whole way - made it easy to get confidence to sign up to the annual plan!
An excellent app and backend support
Our business used QuickTap for data collection at a major event, and the results were excellent. Not only was the app robust and worked flawlessly, but the process of using the browser based backend was simple, intuitive and effective. We deployed across multiple iPads and the collective data synced easily and perfectly. Working with and exporting the data from the system was easy. Any questions we had regarding set up and use of the app were answered quickly by the QuickTap support team. This is a robust, beautifully resolved and effective app - while simple to set up and use, it is rich in features and can be used at a highly detailed, or very simple, level as required. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work.

Excellent, easy to use product with awesome customer service
Cheap survey tool that makes things super easy and their support team is on hand to provide quick feedback. Only issue I had was handled and solved quickly by Stephen Amoah. Highly recommend.

User friendly front end
The app provides a very user friendly front end. And whilst the back end is not as sophisticated as other tools, Stephen was fantastic in helping build out the survey to meet our needs.
Can't even create a new account on this app due to ridiculous u/name & p/word protocols.
