QuickTap Survey & Form Builder

I downloaded this app for free on the app store, only to discover that you get a free trial, and then you have to pay a subscription fee. When I downloaded it, it didn’t say that there were any in app purchases. However, the app is very good, and I can easilly use it.

This is a great app to use to gather info or surveys quickly, simply and efficiently. It’s very simple to set up and you can customise surveys or questionnaires to use real time. It doesn’t take a genius to set it up and its so easy to use. Can’t recommend this more highly. Their customer service is amazing too - I had a few queries that one of their specialists (Stephen Amoah) dealt with very quickly for me. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

I was disappointed to find that I could only download the first ten email addresses that I had collected unless I upgraded my account, as I do not feel that this was sufficiently advertised beforehand. However, I was very impressed by Stephen Amoah's excellent customer service, he solved my issues quickly and efficiently. I will consider using the App again thanks to Stephen's help.

Very disappointed! Used this app to do market research at a 3 day exhibition collecting responses from 300-400 people only to be told the data had not been collected as the survey had not been published! I used the app as an alternative to Survey Monkey as it could be used offline. This was no where to be seen when I downloaded the app and no where did I see it clearly say you would need to upgrade to collect more than 10 responses! Now I am left with no data research after spending a hell of a lot of money!
