Guessing there might be a hidden charge
I downloaded this app for free on the app store, only to discover that you get a free trial, and then you have to pay a subscription fee. When I downloaded it, it didn’t say that there were any in app purchases. However, the app is very good, and I can easilly use it.

Uk based medical training group: 2nd time using quick tap- slick, easy to use and superb tech support (special mention of thanks to Stephen Amoah) You can switch your account on and off which is a unique feature, and perfect for groups who might only use once/twice a year.

Excellent survey & customer service
This is a great app to use to gather info or surveys quickly, simply and efficiently. It’s very simple to set up and you can customise surveys or questionnaires to use real time. It doesn’t take a genius to set it up and its so easy to use. Can’t recommend this more highly. Their customer service is amazing too - I had a few queries that one of their specialists (Stephen Amoah) dealt with very quickly for me. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
Disappointing but great customer service
I was disappointed to find that I could only download the first ten email addresses that I had collected unless I upgraded my account, as I do not feel that this was sufficiently advertised beforehand. However, I was very impressed by Stephen Amoah's excellent customer service, he solved my issues quickly and efficiently. I will consider using the App again thanks to Stephen's help.
