For me, the app works perfectly, tracking all my listening on Apple Music and syncing with last.fm. It also tracks non-library listening, a feature I love, since I don’t always want songs/albums saved to my library but still want the scrobbles. With the Use my Listrning History feature, QuietScrob also reliably tracks listening on my laptop
App goes days without scrobbling plays now, bring back the refresh button
Wish I could downgrade to an earlier version as the latest is completely nonfunctional. The app no longer detects plays regardless of if you have it in the foreground or background. Even when I listen to a song I have saved locally from start to finish with QuietScrob in the foreground, it doesn't detect anything. Disappointing.
This newly revamped version of the app is sketchy at best. It seems to skip scrobbling tracks if you pause and then resume playing or if you switch apps and don’t have Quietscrob in the foreground. The previous version was rock solid. This one, not so much.
Love the look. But there’s no way to refresh anymore. Basically I haven’t scrobbled in 2 days because of this. Low power mode makes it so it doesn’t scrobble/it isn’t really doing it too much in general. Especially if I accidentally close the app. I like how it supposedly doesn’t need to refresh. But I miss having the option just incase
Doesn’t work, don’t waste your money
Anything I scrobble from iTunes on my PC gets duplicated by this app (and other apps that try to do the same thing). I disabled “sync playback information across devices” in iTunes settings but it did not fix the problem.
Best iOS scrobbler. works perfect (double scrobbles from PC fixed with “sync playback across devices” disabled in iTunes)
It stops working randomly
Been using this for what feels like at least a few years. Has been updated consistently over the years.
