Must have to quit vaping. Great community along with helpful tools to track progress. There is also free guided meditation on this app that could be used for non vapers funnily enough. 10/10 would not change a thing.

I love that the app doesn’t have ads. And it’s focused on actually helping you.

Downloaded the app and it’s all good, but I’d really suggest they make sure people know to turn notifications off. I didn’t do it at first, and every notification reminded me of my vape.

This app provides helpful advice and reminders along your quitting journey.

I love this app and people are still very active on the community. But I hope the developers PLEASE SEE this review!! I am 451 days clean (finally) and I really value the community part of the app. However the notifications bell has been broken since I’ve even gotten the app. I’m not sure if it’s an overload, but I can never go in there and see comment responses, unless I click on the notif from my home screen, and not anywhere in-app . If i get a comment response while I’m on the app, it will just disappear. Please help fix the in-app notification bell! I am missing out on talking to people who need support!

This app really was a great support system in my decision to quit. The community on this app root for one another and all help support eachother to stick to our commitments to quit. It really kept me going and most definitely made a huge impact on my consistency with sticking to it. Thats not to say the app is a quick fix, you still have to have the willpower and mental discipline to quit. But this app gave structure and a community that I would have not ever found anywhere else. I quit vaping almost 2 years ago, and I still return to the app to see my progress and help others. Im so grateful toward the community on the app and creators of this app.
