HELP!!!! This journey to stop vaping is hard and this app has encourage me to keep going, just by seeing my days increasing,to a little comment in the community chat. It all Helps when you battling with the voice in the head “ have a vape, have a vape. Good luck everyone.
Nice, easy and simple app to use. I found the countdown to the second very helpful, sometimes I sit and stare at the seconds rolling over and it helps. The savings tracker helps too
Good details and stats, but not the best UI. Appreciate though that it’s for vaping only and not smoking
This app is sooo good ! I have only decided to quit smoking two days ago and haven’t even used all of the features yet but it’s already giving me everything I’ve wanted to support my decision to stop smoking . You can write your goals , have reminders , positive alerts , MEDITATIONS and there’s so much more I’m even yet to discover . This app is a life saver! (pun non-intended ) And best of all it is free !!
Have now sent several to no avail!
This app, to help stop vaping, is so good because seeing the amount of time you haven’t vaped for makes you want to keep going + being able to see what you saved helps and also having the reason why you stopped written right there on the home page is encouraging. I’ve tried so many times to cut down and now this is set out to encourage you to Just Stop all together. Brilliant.
The app is great. It’s easy to navigate, there are many different tools available on the app but at no point is it overbearing. For me it’s just really useful to be able to look at the money I’ve saved, the days since last use and my reasons for quitting all on the same page. It’s also nice to be able to look at the stats where it gives an idea of your overall recovery of health, with your heart, lungs and brain at various stages of recovery, displayed as a percentage. I definitely recommend.
Just completed my third day of not vaping after 10 years. I just keep checking in on the app when I’m struggling and look at my stats and it keeps me motivated.
