Crashes on every opening

The previous qnap video app was more reliable. This crashes every time I go to the download folder. Now abandoned this app for good.

Awful.

Where do I start. Typical QNAP style it’s all difficult to use. For some reason it groups all multimedia together so it detects all my DLNA movies etc. Can’t find a way to make it so users have their own galleries in their own folders not visible to other users. Because of the multimedia integration all the photos etc you upload are sent to the DLNA server. I’m in the process of winding down the QNAP servers and I’m going to move to a custom built host. So much potential but it’s just so overly complex and poorly made.

Crashing and laggy app

It has so many flaws that I have no idea where to start. It cannot handle many photos >10000 and keeps crashing regularly. Guys, you are far behind Synology with the software, and it has to change. Otherwise, people will switch to Synology. Let me know if you want any help or collect some logs.

Nice but needs improvement

Need a clear set of instructions to setup private and shared albums and corresponding folders on the server On IPhone XS Max, the things screen does not scroll. Any attempt to scroll simply loads the sub group that’s touched. Automatic upload / backup settings are cryptic. Why does the app need to access GPS to determine when to upload/backup. It should be simply “upload when WiFi or power or both”
