After you enter the credit card it seems impossible to unsubscribe. You tap it in the app and it does absolutely nothing. There’s no way to do it using their website as well. I will need to call the bank to report the issue.

The sign up process is providing your name and validating a cell phone number. That is it. As soon as I provided this information, my account was blocked. And received an invasive email asking for me to email them my Social Security Number and a picture of my ID via plain text unsecured email. Massive privacy violation.

You have created an awesome app, it works perfectly for us… Sometimes I wish we had a clearer connection on phone calls with a little less lag, but that may be inherent to Internet calls. I’m not sure…
