Very buggy app

It is not very intuitive to use, it drops you out and send it to never Neverland, and it just plain klugy.

Updated Version Is Subpar

The older versions had more description concerning each individual campground. They showed where water was, the spot numbers… The newest version has eliminated that and made it extremely user unfriendly. Get your stuff back together RA.

Difficult to navigate new app

Ever since I had to download this app, I have have been having difficulty navigating making reservations. it used to be you were able to create a notification if you want it to put in a date that you were interested in if the campground was booked and a site became available. I cannot locate this availability notification at all on this site. Reserve America used to be very easy to use now. I find it very very difficult and I do not care for this new app at all.

Difficult to use

Not easy to search for open dates in a span of time. Also does not save things like camper info and member number from use to use. Site maps are not very detailed or easy to use.

Increase Functions

It is so much more cumbersome than the website. Please allow calendar function and the ability to change site or dates of reservations.
