Worst customer service

Customer service is absent. In case you have a problem you will never be able to reach them

Unable to deliver in 20 minutes

They used to be able to deliver in 20 minutes however now they are unable to do so due to an increase of demand however they should not continue to advertise it even tho they are unable to deliver in 20 minutes

Worst packaging

For the 4th time I receive my bread smushed. Driver insisted on taking full order cost and promised for a replacement for smushed bread No one contacted for replacement. Will never order from them again Breadfast and instashop way better and better customer service.

Your order delivers in 20 mins but if the driver takes your money you’ll wait hours for change

It’s been 4 hours of me waiting for MY money that the driver took and said will be right back with change. Driver blocks my calls, customer service keeps apologizing and saying they’ll fix the issue with no solution and trying to give me a promo code to resolve it lol. Somehow they think I’ll order from them again. I am yet to receive my change. Order delivers in 20 if they’re owed money but somehow 4+ hours to return your money.

Very bad customer services

Bad customer services, they deduct the full amount of my order (bulk purchase) then they cancel my order without prior notification or even msg. And when i call they said we dont have stock and money will be back within 14 days. So from the beginning why they didn’t check my order first then then deduct the money?!
