Rabbit: 20 mins delivery

The customer service jn this app really needs work, the agents i have talked with are always rude and sometimes even don't answer, ive waited for a day for a reply and no one is even there, however i'm pretty sure this is a technical issue as the chat is just not responding, when i talk to the Robot (Roger) in the Super Rabbit part of the support, it asks which language, i select english, nothing happens, arabic, nothing happens, ive waited a day with no reply, restarted app, reinstalled, logged in and out, restarted my phone, used another phone,used another account, nothing no reply. Fix your chat system, because i can't even message the technical support, i tried to email but no reply either.

I tried all the available delivery apps they take at least +60 minutes and the order always gets messed up, rabbit is super quick and orders/inventory are always on point! Perfect service.

I really liked this app and was my number 1 go to whenever I needed anything also recommended it to everyone I know. Until something happened 2 times continuously, I received the order first time with rotten bread that I almost ate and didn’t look at the small spots on the bread And the second time ordering more than 10 bottles of milk and by luck I opened the only bottle with a weird bottom that won’t stand in the fridge, to find when opened it’s weird for a reason, it was left in the sun enough to become cheese not milk. Yes they are the fastest, almost available 24 hours but when it comes to people’s health and lives specially when you have children then A BIG No. One star for you to take better care next times.

The app. doesn’t deliver to my location although all competitors do!! Also it is not user friendly, categorization needs enhancement so you can reach what you need in an easier way. Anyway I won’t redownload it every now and then to check if they accept delivery yo my location Permanently deleted!

Great timing and packaging

I ordered rabbit fast delivery two times and the order arrived after 2 hours instead of 20 minutes. In the second time and after I complained, CS was very rude and only offered limited time free delivery. I deleted the app.

بجد سيئ جدا طلبت اوردر الساعة ١٢ ونص بليل ودفعت ثمن الاوردر اونلاين وعملت توصيل سريع عشان يوصل بحد اقصى ٥٠ دقيقة لحد الساعة ١:٤٥ الاوردر مجاش ولما كلمتهم قالي في ضغط في الطلبات والاوردر بتاعك هستعجله و بعدّها الابليكشن قفل وفتح الساعة ٧ الصبح و ببعتلهم من الساعة ٣ مش بيرودا عليا وفي الاخر المندوب بيكلمني الساعة ٧ الصبح بعد ما فتحه تاني يوم يعني بعد اكتر من ٦ ساعات يوقلي تستلمي وبقولهم عايزة الغي و عايزة فلوسي محدش بيرد ومش عايزين يرجعولي فلوس الاوردر بجد محدش ينزله نصابين وعملين اسعار لمدة التوصيل في الاخر كله واحد وبيخدوا فلوس زيادة علي الفادي والاوردر يوصل بعد اكتر من ٦ ساعات
